TerraLargo names new-home sales consultants

Page B. Hopkins and Roberto Tovar have been appointed new-home sales consultants at TerraLargo, Avatar’s recently opened Tuscan-themed, gated community off Sleepy Hill Road.

Hopkins and Tovar will be responsible for guiding buyers through the home-buying process at this 640-acre community, says Francesca Vereb, director of marketing for the gulf coast and south Florida operations of Avatar Properties Inc., TerraLargo’s developer and exclusive home builder.

Hopkins has been involved in new-home sales for the past three years in Columbus, Ohio, and North Port, Fla.

She has a bachelor of science degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, and earned Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and Master CSP designations from the National Association of Home Builders.

A native of Pittsburgh, she resides in Lakeland. Tovar is a native of Colombia, South America, where he earned a degree from the National University of Colombia in Bogota. He has been in general real estate for the past year after a career in management with a firm in Lakeland, Plant City and Tampa, Fla.

Tovar has lived in Lakeland for the past seven years.

Upon completion, TerraLargo will feature six residential villages with 618 single-family and executive residences on 50- and 70-foot-wide homesites.

TerraLargo’s amenity complex boasts a clubhouse – with about 5,000 square feet of floor space, a lounge, reception and meeting areas, and a kitchen. There also is a multi-purpose room and fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, and a children’s playroom. Outside is a deck and terrace – spanning about 6,000 square feet – encircling a 3,500-square-foot, resort-style, zero-entry pool.

Homes and amenities at TerraLargo overlook waterways, nature preserves, 29-acre Meadow View Lake, and gently sloping terrain. To reach TerraLargo, take Interstate 4 to exit 32. Turn left on State Road 98 and go to the third set of traffic lights (Sleepy Hill Road). Turn left, and the community entrance is a short distance away on the right.
